Essex Housing put design, quality and sustainability at the forefront of what we do. Our proposed development would benefit from excellent design standards throughout including high-quality materials and fittings, and a

range of energy efficiency measures including heat pump technology, electric vehicle charging points and photovoltaic cells.

Our proposals for on-site parking are in full accordance with Essex County Highways standards.

ACCESS AND PARKING

 

Vehicular access to the proposed development will be via a new entrance from Mundon Road. Our access and highways proposals have been developed in consultation with the Essex County Highways team and meet required standards for quality and safety.
